What You'll Do
- Perform production and assembly tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Assist with machine and equipment setups to prepare for daily operations
- Conduct visual inspections and use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to ensure part quality
- Sort, organize, and fulfill production orders according to specifications
- Support quality control processes by checking for defects and maintaining documentation
- Help train and assist team members on the production line to ensure consistent quality and workflow
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production preferred
- Ability to use calipers, micrometers, and other basic measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
- English-speaking with good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Dependable and self-motivated - someone who takes initiative and ownership of their work
- Willingness to learn, train others, and take on additional responsibility as a leader on the floor
- Stable, full-time work with a consistent 1st shift schedule
