The MarketPoint Career Channel Team is excited to welcome talented Medicare Field Sales Representatives. This field-based role requires candidates to reside in the designated territory to serve their community effectively. As part of a supportive team of 8-12 Medicare Sales Agents, you will operate under the mentorship of a Senior Manager and Regional Director dedicated to your success. Together, you'll help realize Humana's strategic goals: deliver on the fundamentals, stand out through exceptional service, and increase our reach and impact.

Your Responsibilities in This Field-Based Role:

  • Build Trust: Educate individuals about Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and our additional offerings, including Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage.

  • Create Connections: Establish meaningful face-to-face relationships through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits, offering personalized experiences that distinguish Humana.

  • Drive Growth: Generate self-driven sales, achieve performance goals, and enhance Humana's market presence by becoming a trusted resource in your community.

Engage with customers through in-person, virtual, and phone interactions. Conducting face-to-face visits in prospective members' homes is a key aspect of this role.

Make a Meaningful Impact with Your Skills

Required Qualifications:

  • Active Health Insurance License is required.

  • Must reside in Brevard County.

  • Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in prospective members' homes, at community events, and while engaging in local service activities.

  • Valid state driver's license and evidence of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits (or higher, depending on state requirements).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License.

  • Previous experience selling Medicare products.

  • Public speaking experience or delivering presentations to groups.

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write fluently in both languages.

Additional Information:

  • This position is part of Humana's Driving Safety and Vehicle Management Program and requires driver license validation and MVR review.

  • Any Humana associate who communicates with a member in a language other than English must undergo a language proficiency assessment to confirm competency.

  • Alert: Humana prioritizes personal identity protection. Selected applicants may be asked to provide their social security number via a secure email from Humana.

Schedule: Meeting with members requires appointments and/or event times that may fluctuate on evenings and weekends. Flexibility is essential for your success.

Training: The first five weeks of employment and attendance is mandatory.

Interview Format: We utilize an interviewing technology called HireVue to enhance our hiring process. If selected, you will receive a text invitation to complete a brief prescreen interview.

Compensation Range: The estimated total compensation for full-time employment is between $80,000 - $125,000 per year, including base pay and commission with guarantee.
