As a Full-Stack Software Engineer, you'll work on-site in San Francisco (Mission District), building elegant, scalable systems that power next-generation automation tools.
You'll collaborate with a small, high-impact team shaping both product and culture in a dynamic Series A environment.
What's in it for you?
- $175,000 - $220,000 base salary
- Equity: 0.25% - 1%

What You'll Be Doing:
- Build and refine scalable full-stack solutions across front-end and back-end systems.
- Develop intuitive, high-performance interfaces that make complex automation tools accessible to non-technical users.
- Collaborate closely with forward-deployed engineers to translate customer insights into powerful product improvements.
- Influence product direction, engineering practices, and architecture decisions.
- Work with modern technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, SvelteKit, PostgreSQL, Supabase, and Vercel.
- Help shape the technical foundation of a platform redefining the RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and AI agent ecosystem.
What You'll Need:
- 3-10 years of professional software engineering experience
- Proven success in a B2B SaaS or enterprise-scale environment
- Expertise with modern JavaScript frameworks and full-stack development
- Strong product mindset - able to balance UX quality with technical scalability
- Exceptional communication skills and collaborative, pragmatic problem-solving style
