Amergis Healthcare Staffing is partnered with a much-respected facility in Roslindale , MA who is currently seeking a qualified Case Manager to assist them on a contractual basis.
Details of the position include:
Position: Case Manager
Location: Roslindale , MA
Start Date: ASAP - 12/1 preferred
Duration: 13 weeks available but ongoing preferred
Schedule:
· 40 hours per week
· Monday-Friday
· 9a-5:00p
· 5x8s only
Contract Requirements:
· Prior experience serving elder population in a case management role required
· Must be able to take clear and concise case notes
· Local candidate with a reliable commute
· Reliable transportation due to float expectation strongly preferred
· Will be occasionally running errands/making appointment calls for elder clients - must be okay with this
Pay:
- Travel: Up to $2,707/week
Parking: Free on-site
