Microsoft Power Apps Tech Lead

Position: Microsoft Power Apps Tech Lead
Location: Chicago, IL
Duration: 6-12 Months
Responsibilities:
- Design and Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of Power Apps solutions, including canvas apps, model-driven apps, and custom connectors.
- Development: Develop and maintain Power Apps solutions, including workflows and automations using Power Automate.
- Integration: Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft and third-party applications.
- Customization: Customize Power Platform components to meet specific business needs.
- Team Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers and Power Platform specialists.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and other team members to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Documentation: Create technical design documents and contribute to the evolution of the system's architecture and technology.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform and its components (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Power Pages).
- Development Experience: Proven experience in developing solutions using Power Pages, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Automate.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and knowledge of REST APIs and web services.
- Microsoft Technologies: Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics 365, Power BI, and Azure.
- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Leadership: Ability to handle a team of developers and provide mentorship.
