Position Overview: As a Temporary Veterinarian, you will deliver preventative veterinary care for dogs and cats. You will adapt to varied environments, different practice styles, and protocols, ensuring continuity of care while maintaining high standards of professionalism and compassion. Flexibility with weekend availability, strong clinical skills, and the ability to quickly integrate into new teams are essential for thriving in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer vaccinations at community outreach vaccine clinics.
  • Collaborate with an animal restraint assistant and a Team Lead.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to pet owners.
  • Maintain accurate medical records.
  • Adhere to all ShotVet protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Valid DVM License in good standing.
  • Weekend availability.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Able to work effectively in a team setting.
