Overview
Join our team where we collaborate with portfolio managers, operations, trading, and distribution units to ensure an exceptional service experience for our clients. We are seeking a motivated individual to join us as we expand our business. Ideal candidates will have a background in a collaborative financial services environment, such as an RIA or Broker Dealer, and a strong desire to provide excellent client service.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Set up new accounts, manage change requests, and handle cash requests for RIA and client accounts.
- Offer operational assistance and perform data entry to onboard client accounts and manage their ongoing activities.
- Engage with a variety of client types, including direct/retail investors, broker dealer platforms, institutions, and advisors.
- Maintain communication with clients through team emails to deliver premium service across all channels.
- Address and resolve reconciliation issues such as delinked accounts, negative cash balances, and new account setups.
- Coordinate with custodians on service-related issues and generate necessary paperwork.
- Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to manage client information.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
