As a Weekend Shift Inventory Specialist, you will be essential in our dynamic Distribution Center, ensuring the accuracy of our inventory records. Your key responsibilities will include conducting thorough manual floor audits, validating scanner data, and swiftly addressing any discrepancies. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

The schedule for this role is Friday - Sunday, 6:00 am - 6:30 pm, at our Fulfillment Center located in Commercial Point, OH.

Who You Are:

• Detail-Oriented: You meticulously verify inventory counts and follow procedures to resolve discrepancies.
• Positive and Reliable: You maintain a positive attitude and are consistently dependable.
• Adaptable: You can effectively shift priorities when urgent issues arise.
• Experienced: You have at least 1 year of inventory experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Efficient: You manage your time well and can multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Physically Capable: You can lift up to 50 lbs and stand/kneel/stoop/bend/walk on a concrete floor for extended periods.

• Conduct manual floor audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Validate scanner data against physical counts and follow procedures for discrepancies.
• Relocate missing items to the designated loss location.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and respond promptly to urgent inventory issues.

At Babylist, we take a market-based approach to pay that is competitive and aligns with industry standards. The pay rate for this role is $20.25 per hour, inclusive of any applicable shift differential.
