Qualifications

What You Need to Excel as an Outside Sales Specialist:

  • Previous B2B sales experience is preferred (but not required; we provide comprehensive training)
  • Proven success record in sales
  • A coachable and enthusiastic attitude
  • A high school diploma is required
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Those using personal vehicles for work must meet minimum auto insurance requirements according to UniFirst standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Tech-savvy candidates with prior experience in CRMs and Microsoft 365 will find an advantage
