Qualifications
What You Need to Excel as an Outside Sales Specialist:
- Previous B2B sales experience is preferred (but not required; we provide comprehensive training)
- Proven success record in sales
- A coachable and enthusiastic attitude
- A high school diploma is required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Those using personal vehicles for work must meet minimum auto insurance requirements according to UniFirst standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred
- Tech-savvy candidates with prior experience in CRMs and Microsoft 365 will find an advantage
