Investment Portfolio Analyst

The Investments Portfolio Analyst serves as an active data bridge between loan, grant, and equity program managers and applicants, building the reputation as, and becoming a subject matter expert on all investment programs.They understand finances enough to provide guidance, financial management, and project documentation. The Investments Portfolio Analyst also has a passion for data that will enable them to analyze projects for economic impact, create program reports, and assist with due diligence and funding recommendations. They ensure the proper financial management of all investment programs by tracking expenditures, drawdowns, contracts, fund reconciliation, and understanding unified KPIs across all programs. The Investments Portfolio Analyst maintains the integrity of all investment programs with thorough program knowledge, application options, targeted analysis, and owning reporting across all programs.

The Investment Team understands the financial landscape of economic development necessary to help Wyoming businesses and communities secure the right financing for sustainable projects that contribute to Wyoming's lasting growth. This team develops and administers programs providing financial support to local governments and assists Wyoming businesses in reaching their financial goal through partnerships, relationships, due diligence, application review, company and plan analysis, contracting, grant reporting, and feedback.

This position has the flexibility to be located anywhere in the state of Wyoming. While WBC does have office space in some locations around the state, it may not be an option where you are located. Applicants are advised to be prepared to work from home and travel on occasion.
