ServiceNow Developer (ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) and integrations) - Nice to have SecOps experience

Senior Developer - ITAM & Integration with expertise in ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) and integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ITAM solutions, ensuring seamless integrations with third-party tools, and optimizing asset lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement ITAM solutions in ServiceNow, including Hardware Asset Management (HAMPro) and Software Asset Management (SAMPro).
  • Design and develop integrations with third-party tools (e.g., SCCM, Qualys, AWS, Azure) using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and API connectors.
  • Proven experience with working with an environment that is highly secured with data governance
  • Configure workflows, business rules, and automation scripts to enhance asset tracking and compliance.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical recommendations, and ensure alignment with best practices.
  • Perform data reconciliation, normalization, and mapping for accurate asset discovery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and optimize system performance.
  • Stay up to date with ServiceNow updates and industry best practices in ITAM implementation and integrations.
  • Strong experience in ServiceNow ITAM (HAMPro & SAMPro) implementation for handling all sorts of enterprise assets.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow Integration Hub, REST API, SOAP, and MID Server.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Glide APIs.
  • Knowledge of ITIL, asset lifecycle management, and software compliance.
  • Experience in integrating ServiceNow with SCCM, Qualys, and ServiceNow clous discovery for AWS, Azure devices.
  • Strong scripting experience in JavaScript within ServiceNow.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
