Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional care in post-acute settings
  • Monitor the well-being of residents and communicate important updates to the nursing team
  • Regularly check and report vital signs
  • Maintain a safe environment by cleaning and sanitizing work areas
  • Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily living activities
  • Help reposition and transport residents as needed
  • Facilitate clear communication between residents, staff, and family members
  • Engage with residents and address their needs proactively
  • Follow care plans and adhere to laws and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and nursing procedures
  • Strong attention to detail with effective communication skills
