On-Target Earnings: $70,000 ($17.75/hr base pay with uncapped commission, top earners $100k+)

Job Duties and Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Manage inbound customer contacts in a fast-paced setting within a Fortune 250 company.
• Guide customer purchasing decisions by effectively presenting our range of TV, Internet, and wireless products and services.
• Build strong customer relationships by ensuring every interaction is handled with honesty and integrity.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

• This is a full-time on-site role; availability for evenings, weekends, or holidays may be required.
• A high school diploma/GED is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
