Job Duties and Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Manage inbound customer contacts in a fast-paced setting within a Fortune 250 company.
- Guide customer purchasing decisions by effectively presenting our range of TV, Internet, and wireless products and services.
- Build strong customer relationships by ensuring every interaction is handled with honesty and integrity.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

- This is a full-time on-site role; availability for evenings, weekends, or holidays may be required.
- A high school diploma/GED is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
