Job Description:
The Reporting Analyst, you will help drive the success by providing business analyses and analytical solutions to guide management and operational decision-making. The individual will work on various timeshare products and programs dealing with key performance metrics tracking, financial and business assessments, business forecasting, and other ad hoc requests. This position will work collaboratively with associates across different levels and functions in the department to support the North America Vacation Ownership business.

Responsibilities:
  • Operational Support - Responsible for data entry, data collection, cleaning, and processing of data files to support manual business processes for new products and programs. (25% time)
  • Product & Program Development (PPD) Department Reporting - Works closely with the PPD team to create meaningful and insightful reporting that tracks and measures performance across a variety of products and programs and special projects to drive actions, while identifying areas of opportunity to improve reporting efficiencies. (25% time)
  • Communication - Communicate findings and recommendations to team and department leadership in a clear and concise manner. Prepare ad hoc presentations and department status reports for distribution to key stakeholders across all levels of organization as needed. (20% time)
  • Financial Forecasting - Works closely with the PPD team, finance, and accounting partners to forecast special projects monthly spend and reconcile against actuals incurred each month. Creates and submits accurate financial files by each reporting period deadline. (15% time)
  • Collaboration - Collaborate with fellow team members as well as external teams in brand, legal, finance and accounting as needed. (15% time)

Required Skills, Experiences, Education and Competencies:
  • Ability to communicate and work well with others
  • Must be aware that the job includes manual data entry (which is rather tedious)
    • Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word is required
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
  • Travel/Hospitality experience a plus, but not required


The hourly range for roles of this nature are $18.00 to $24.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
