- Present the product roadmap and vision for data centers compellingly to customers, stakeholders, and in internal company meetings.
- Mentor and support junior product managers in integrating data center product needs into the subcomponents of Karman.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years of industry experience, including at least 5 years in a Product Manager role for software or hardware products.
- Deep understanding of product management best practices and principles.
- Applied knowledge of hardware engineering fundamentals.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Data-driven decision-maker with robust analytical skills.
- Collaborative experience with engineering teams to ensure timely product delivery within scope.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA, MS in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Compensation: Salary range of $160,000 to $195,000 base salary, based on experience, plus a 10% annual bonus target and stock options.
