Job Overview

Jordahl Engineering & Mechanical is seeking an entry level install and service helper to join our Field Operations team. This full-time, on-site position focuses on the installation, service, and maintenance of HVAC systems for commercial and industrial clients. The ideal candidate wants hands-on experience, aspires to achieve excellent troubleshooting skills, and a strong commitment to safety and customer service. This role is perfect for up and coming technicians who want to be part of a supportive, experienced team and work on high-quality, design-driven mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist senior mechanics in HVAC service or installation.
  • Deliver material in a company provided vehicle.
  • Assist in preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate with other field team members to meet project timelines and service goals.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of work experience.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliable communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Schedule
  • Full-Time: Monday-Friday
  • Standard working hours with potential for occasional overtime
