What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
We are in search of a Kitchen Manager to oversee our back-of-house operations, ensuring that top-quality food is delivered consistently. You will play a key role in supporting the team, maintaining safety standards, and driving efficiency, all while ensuring a fantastic guest experience.
What You’ll Bring (Requirements):
- At least 1 year of experience in the Casual Restaurant industry is required.
- A High School Diploma is preferred.
- Proficiency in POS systems is necessary.
- Current alcohol and food certifications meeting state requirements are mandatory.
- Formal culinary training is preferred.
- Ability to communicate verbally in Spanish with the crew.
- Willingness to work during open hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
- Strong skills in team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Physical stamina to meet the demands of a restaurant environment.
