Shift Supervisor

Join our team as a Shift Supervisor, where you will play a key role in ensuring our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently during shifts. In this leadership position, you will support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) while taking ownership of your responsibilities to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by executing the daily operations and service routines.
- Guide and support Team Members to complete their tasks effectively.
- Uphold company standards for appearance, safety, food quality, and accurate order fulfillment.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain positive relations.
- Work collaboratively with fellow employees, demonstrating a positive and energetic attitude.
- Maintain attendance by understanding the schedule, arriving on time in uniform, and recording hours accurately.
- Provide ongoing feedback and assist in the training and development of Team Members.
- Support profit management by adhering to cash control and inventory processes.
- Monitor product preparation and ensure health and safety standards are consistently followed.
- Assist the RGM with various responsibilities as needed.
Key Requirements:
- Preferred candidates will have experience as an Hourly Champion within the company.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug tests.
- Reliable transportation is necessary.
- Basic business math skills are required.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and stoop for a significant portion of your shift.
