The Incumbent independently performs a variety of responsible and complex duties related to human resources and labor relations operations including support for performance management, and assistance in contract negotiations and collective bargaining. Initial Salary Placement: New employees start at Step A ($39.54 per hour) or B ($41.52 per hour) on the salary schedule.

Any combination of training and experience equivalent to: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in labor or industrial relations, business or public administration, law or other related field.
EXPERIENCE:
Five years of increasingly responsible human resources or labor relations; preferably from a public agency.

- The District reserves the right to utilize a flexible pass point (cut-off) on any test part to meet the staffing needs as determined by the District.
