As a Family Medicine Physician, you will have the opportunity to provide comprehensive medical services to your patient panel in an outpatient setting. Collaborate with a dedicated team that prioritizes patient-centered care and fosters continuity through evidence-based practices. In this role, you will also serve as a leader and mentor within a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the integrated clinical and administrative coordination of care for your patient panel, guaranteeing quality and continuity across all interactions.
- Conduct thorough health assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, and develop personalized care plans in coordination with a diverse healthcare team.
- Engage with patients and families to manage care plans, showcasing empathy and clear communication throughout their healthcare journey.
- Participate actively in population health initiatives and practice management efforts, mentoring emerging clinicians and contributing to the efficiency of the department.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited Medical School or School of Osteopathic Medicine.
- Board Certified or Board Certified Eligible.
- Unrestricted licensure to practice medicine in Massachusetts or ability to secure one before starting.
- Possession of an active DEA License.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from an accredited provider, such as the American Heart Association.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in healthcare or business administration (e.g., MBA, MHA, MPH) is preferred.
- Board Certification in a primary care specialty is preferred.
- Experience in an ambulatory care setting with a solid understanding of its operations.
The compensation for this role typically ranges from $226,000 to $366,000, depending on various factors such as local labor markets, education, experience, and performance. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive programs, equity stock purchase options, and 401k contributions (subject to eligibility requirements).
