Midland Healthcare Facility seeking a Culture Coordinator to support new hire orientation.
The Culture Coordinator plays a pivotal role in fostering, promoting, and sustaining culture throughout the organization. This position is responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that reinforce principles of Midland's culture among all team members. The Culture Coordinator will work collaboratively across departments to ensure the culture is embedded in daily operations, ultimately enhancing patient care, employee satisfaction, and organizational success.
Job Duties:
- Conducting classes to introduce new employees to the organization's values and culture
- Developing and implementing material for classes
- Supporting employee engagement by identifying opportunities for feedback, recognition, and participation
- Coordinating events, workshops, and team-building activities to strengthen cultural bonds
- Maintaining accurate records of cultural initiatives and provide regular reports on progress
