ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jimmy Watts - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Adaption of skills necessary to operate a business.
  • Meet Daily Sales Goals
As an Agent Team Member, you will receive
  • Salary pay plus commission/bonus (90 Day probationary period - hourly pay that is converted to salary upon completion of 90-day probationary period)

Compensation: $32,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
