Overview
Seeking a Power Apps Platform Engineer with deep expertise in building, optimizing, and integrating enterprise applications within the Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Fabric ecosystem. This role drives end-to-end solution delivery, API design, and platform governance to support scalable, secure business applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven, Power Pages) aligned to enterprise governance and security standards.
  • Develop and manage Power Automate flows, connectors, and cross-platform integrations.
  • Build and optimize APIs for Power Apps and Fabric, enabling secure data exchange, automation, and extensibility.
  • Implement solutions leveraging Microsoft Fabric, including data pipelines, Lakehouse integration, Event Streams, and Dataflows.
  • Create reusable components, templates, and connectors to accelerate future development.
  • Ensure platform performance, data security, DLP compliance, and lifecycle management.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into scalable Power Platform solutions.
  • Troubleshoot issues across apps, flows, Fabric workloads, and APIs to maintain reliability and SLAs.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub) for Power Platform deployment automation.


Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years building solutions within the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
  • Strong experience with API development (REST, JSON, OAuth, custom connectors).
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory, Dataflows Gen2, Lakehouse, Pipelines).
  • Strong knowledge of Azure services: Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Key Vault.
  • Deep understanding of Dataverse data modeling, security roles, and environment management.
  • Proficiency with governance frameworks, DLP policies, and Center of Excellence (CoE) tools.
  • Experience with ALM for the Power Platform (Solutions, pipelines, versioning).
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into maintainable technical solutions.
