We are Hiring Licensed Practical Nurses for Home & School Care, Short & Long-Term Cases on Long Island

(per diem/part time/ full time)

Qualifications/Education:

  • 1 year of LPN experience in a home setting required OR

  • 1 year of LPN experience in school setting/ pediatrics

  • Active NYS LPN license and registration

  • BLS certification

Opportunities:

  • Short-Term / Post-Op Cases: Support patients for a few days or weeks after surgery with wound care, pain management, and safe mobility.

  • · Pediatric Nursing (Home & School): 1:1 school cases, building/sub/floater roles, or home care for children with complex needs.

  • · Private Duty Nursing: Long-term, 1:1 skilled care in the home for patients with chronic or complex conditions (trach/vent, g-tube, wound care).

​Pay Rate:

  • School LPN: $38/hr

  • Home Care LPN: $35/hr
