Will analyze processes to identify improvements, reduce scrap, enhance feasibility, create standard work instructions, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Lead assigned non-conformance rework and repair activities within the manufacturing process. Support production goals by addressing quality issues, coordinating with maintenance, and working directly with manufacturing personnel to ensure business objectives are met.
