Tax Operations Analyst
Onsite Hybrid in Salt Lake City, UT
Join our Tax Operations team to ensure accurate tax documentation, withholding, and reporting for clients and the firm. This position offers exposure to U.S. tax regulations and collaboration across global business segments.
Work Schedule: This role requires a high degree of flexibility. We are looking for someone who is open to working a lot of OT - a minimum of 50 hours and may increase based on business demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate client tax forms (W-9, W-8BEN, W-8BEN-E, W-8IMY).
- Respond to documentation inquiries with regulatory accuracy.
- Provide tax-related operational support to internal teams and clients.
- Investigate and resolve documentation exceptions.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience in Operations, Taxation, Accounting, or Auditing.
- Advanced Excel and strong data analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks and adapt quickly.
