Job Description

The Oracle Security and Controls practice is responsible for implementing Oracle ERP & HCM Cloud security and the Oracle Controls products to our customers. Our growing customer base and product portfolio offer exciting opportunities for broad and rapid skill development We are looking for consultants who have in-depth functional Oracle ERP Cloud Security experience. Knowledge of Advanced Controls will be a plus.

Successfully implement HCM Security and Advanced Controls. Identify product gaps and work with product development to address them, help with internal initiatives to create accelerators and content library, come up with innovative solutions to handle client requirements, ensure successful completion of the product within budget and on schedule.

Critically evaluate information gathered from various sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.

Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (Requirements Document, design document, test scripts etc.)

Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously

Be proactively engaged with internal initiatives to create best practice library, repeatable solutions to make the implementations more scalable

Qualifications

8+ years of experience working with Oracle HCM and recent experience in HCM Cloud Security.

Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and domain experts.

CA: Hiring Range in CAD from: $66,800 to $145,900 per annum.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $71,200 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

This role regularly interacts with customers across North America, so a professional level of English is required. A proficiency of French is required for candidates residing in Quebec, otherwise it is considered an asset.
