What you will have an opportunity to do:

Are you ready to join a dynamic team and bring smiles to the faces of hungry diners? Are you a morning person? We're seeking a friendly, upbeat professional to create an unforgettable first impression for our guests while stepping into a leadership role when a manager is not present. This is a full-time position with shifts starting at 6:15 AM - 11:30 AM or until 3:00 PM when covering lunch.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and make them feel at home from the moment they arrive.
• Manage guest flow by efficiently seating guests and providing accurate wait times.
• Handle reservations and maximize seating capacity for smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and front-of-house areas.
• Build rapport with regular guests and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Act as F&B Supervisor when a manager is not present, ensuring service standards are upheld and team members are supported.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead and make decisions in the absence of management.
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
