Scrub Color: Caribbean Blue&bull

Any unacceptable attire: per VH dress code policy

CT Technologist, Computed Tomography Experience: 2 years Licenses: RAD-VA Certifications: CTTECH-ARRT(Copy Needed)

R-ARRT(Copy Needed)

BLS-AHA(Copy Needed) SSN Required DOB Required Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year References: 1 Reference in entire work history
