Job description
Infosys is seeking a AWS Databricks Engineer with experience working in a Big Data ecosystem. The position will primarily be responsible interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within the commuting distance of Houston, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

- At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
- Data Analysis Proficiency: Skilled in analyzing data using tools like SQL and Python. Capable of assessing communication needs and evaluating the effectiveness of communication strategies
- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile practices for managing projects.
- ETL Process Management: Expertise in Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to integrate data from various sources.
- Big Data Technologies: Familiarity with tools like Hadoop and Spark for processing large datasets.
- Proven experience working in Auto Aero domains
- At least 2 experience with Databricks
- Cloud Services Knowledge: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for scalable data storage and processing.
- Stakeholder Management: Skilled in managing stakeholder expectations and feedback.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes to align projects with organizational goals.
- CI / CD exposure
