Job Description
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular updates and reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on all job sites.
- Support the preparation of budgets and cost estimates for projects.
- Review and manage project documentation, contracts, and change orders.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve project-related challenges effectively.
- Maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders throughout the construction process.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (Procore, Bluebeam, MS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $100000 to $130000 USD.
