Description

Peregrine Advisors Benefit Inc. is seeking an execution-focused Data Governance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll take existing operational programs and drive them to completion, focusing on making things happen through superior execution and maintaining momentum to rigorously meet deadlines and milestones to drive change.

They will be adaptable, able to learn diverse domains and skill sets quickly on the job to support an evolving portfolio. Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills will be necessary along with the ability to deploy them in both technical communication and stakeholder management, where tact and diplomacy will be as important as clarity and structure.

We look for people who are passionate about data, eager to learn, and motivated to contribute to high-impact federal projects. Given the dynamic nature of our business, we value intellectual agility, growth mindset, and an extreme commitment to client service across a variety of roles and clients. If you are a self-starter with a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to learn and advance critical operational needs, we encourage you to apply.

  • Apply structured, analytical problem-solving to break down complex or ambiguous implementation challenges, analyze options, and support pragmatic solution design.
  • Support mapping of current-state data flows, ownership, and controls, and identify gaps and opportunities to improve governance practices.
