We are excited to welcome a passionate individual to our team as a Virtual Sales Representative.
This role is part of our Deployment Solutions team, partnering with leading pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology companies to improve outcomes in the healthcare industry.
As the Virtual Sales Representative (VSR), you will bring marketing plans to life by delivering compelling sales presentations to a targeted group of both current and prospective customers, including physicians, healthcare providers, and clinic personnel.
In this dynamic role, you will:
- Execute client-focused outbound calls, emails, and virtual interactions to effectively present sales proposals.
- Develop and maintain an organized daily/weekly schedule to ensure thorough coverage of your territory.
- Collaborate with field representatives to create and implement successful business strategies that drive growth.
- Analyze territory planning through effective pre/post-call evaluations.
- Maintain precise records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Clearly communicate the clinical advantages and value of products to healthcare professionals and staff using educational tools.
- Build trust and credibility with professional communication in a virtual environment.
- Engage healthcare professionals to educate them, identify patients, and qualify leads.
You are a great match if you possess:
- A BA/BS degree minimum.
- At least 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- A preference for 1+ years of experience in virtual or inside healthcare sales.
- Expertise in sales, with strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information effectively.
- Proficiency with technical tools and software.
- Strong prioritization and planning skills while ensuring compliance with guidelines.
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively while managing multiple tasks.
