Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a certified Ultrasound Technologist with pediatric and large facility experience for a day shift assignment.

Responsibilities
  • Work in a pediatric ultrasound unit
  • Day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
  • Weekly schedule includes two 8-hour shifts and two 12-hour shifts on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
  • Obtain diagnostic sonographic images for radiologist review
  • Responsible for data management, physician order reconciliation, patient transport, and result accountability
  • Locals are accepted at the same rate except for specific locations with radius restrictions
  • Candidates must provide one reference for consideration
Requirements
  • Current ARDMS certification
  • Current BLS certification via AHA
  • Pediatric ultrasound experience is required
  • Experience in facilities with 500+ bed count is required
  • License required if applicable
