What You'll Do
  • Own full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, interview, and place candidates across light industrial, hospitality, facilities, healthcare support, and admin roles.
  • Client coordination: take job orders, confirm requirements (shifts, PPE, qualifications), submit candidates, schedule starts, and manage confirmations.
  • Onboarding & compliance: I-9/E-Verify, background & drug screens, TB/MMR as required, new-hire packets, safety/orientation, and file audits.
  • Scheduling & workforce management: fill daily/weekly orders, build rosters, handle call-offs/replacements, send site reports.
  • Timesheets & payroll support: collect/verify hours, resolve discrepancies, and ensure on-time approvals (VMS/Fieldglass exposure a plus).
  • Account health: site check-ins, quality follow-ups, incident reporting, retention tactics.
  • Pipeline building: maintain hotlists by role/shift, write compelling job ads, and run outbound campaigns (SMS/email/phone/Indeed/ZipRecruiter).
  • Data discipline: keep ATS/CRM accurate (notes, stages, compliance docs) and report weekly KPIs.
You Bring
  • 1-3+ years in staffing/recruiting, HR, or high-volume scheduling (agency experience preferred).
  • High urgency with calm under pressure; you like filling jobs fast and right.
  • Strong phone presence, clean writing, and professional client tone.
  • Tech-savvy with ATS/CRM, Indeed/ZipRecruiter, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel).
  • Detail-driven compliance mindset (I-9/E-Verify, background/drug, healthcare docs).
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a strong plus.
  • Reliable transportation for occasional site visits and job fairs.
