Role: NetSuite Solution Architect

Location: Bridgewater, NJ (Onsite)

Duration: Fulltime-(H1 Transfers are fine)

Job Description:
  • Develop template/model so that NetSuite Cloud ERP application can be carved out from Parent (Seller) to Buyer (Customer)
  • Create a holistic end-to-end business architecture and solution design that meets client business objectives.
  • Develop innovative solutions for our rapidly expanding client base across a range of industries.
  • Lead business process design and discovery sessions
  • Document user stories and associated detailed requirements.
  • Evaluate software purchases against SOW and provide GAP solutions.
  • Develop customization functional design documentation.
  • Act as a liaison with technical team members to ensure the design meets functional requirements.
  • Recommend any Third-Party Vendors to enhance the overall solution.
  • Demo NetSuite modules as features as Proof of Concept
  • Assist sales team with scoping and SOW presentation.
  • Oversee and approve all technical and functional configurations of consultants.
  • Coach and mentor consultants by building their skills and experience.
  • Work directly with Project Manager to manage scope and initiate change management procedures.
TALENTS
  • Preferred working in an Merger-Acquisitions or Carveout initiatives
  • 10+ years NetSuite implementation experience across a myriad of industries and processes
  • 5+ years NetSuite architecture and design of custom NetSuite solutions
  • Team leadership experience, including a desire to coach and mentor others.
  • Experience establishing synergy with technical and functional team members.
  • Experience mapping iPass integrations to functional processes
  • Strong communication skills, with demonstrated ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex ideas
