Building Engineer 2

As a Building Engineer 2, you will oversee the maintenance and repair of various building systems, such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, boilers, locks, doors, and automation systems. Responsibilities include conducting preventative maintenance, handling repair tasks, and coordinating with external vendors and inspectors. This is a permanent role at a growing financial services company headquartered in Portland, OR. Required Skills & Experience
• 4+ years in building engineering, building maintenance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of building engineering/maintenance systems including: commercial HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, boilers, plumbers, building automation systems, and life safety systems.
• LME or LBME certification.
Intermediate experience using hand tools, power tools, and equipment of building trades.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Certifications including: HVAC, OSHA 10/30, Abatement & CPR/First Aid, EPA/Refrigerant, and/or BOC I & II.
Familiarity with CMMS and Building Management Software (BMS).
