We are looking for a talented and dynamic leader to drive excellence within our high-performing team of solution consultants focused on enterprise performance management (EPM) software. In this crucial role, you'll influence success in pre-sales activities, align technical and business outcomes, and enhance enterprise sales cycles across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Development
  • Mentor and guide a team of solution consultants to success.
  • Nurture a culture of innovation, collaboration, and ongoing learning.
  • Establish performance goals and carry out regular evaluations.
  • Pre-Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to craft and implement effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Oversee engaging product demonstrations, RFP responses, and proof-of-concepts.
  • Align solution messaging with customer challenges and industry developments.
  • Customer Engagement
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and finance leaders.
  • Convert complex financial reporting and EPM requirements into tailored software solutions.
  • Support strategic accounts and important opportunities with executive presence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Engage with Product Management, Marketing, and Professional Services to ensure alignment and effective feedback loops.
  • Advocate for product roadmap adjustments based on market trends and customer feedback.
  • Operational Excellence
  • Monitor and report key metrics such as win rates, demo quality, and utilization.
  • Refine pre-sales processes and tools to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience with EPM solutions, including CCH Tagetik, OneStream, SAP BPC, Oracle HFM, Anaplan, or similar ERP solutions from SAP or Oracle.
  • 3+ years of experience in Pre-Sales leadership.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for persuasive communication.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and utilization.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.

Compensation:

Target salary range for candidates in CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MA, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA: $189,950 - $268,900.
