As our Investment Counselor Analyst, you wil:

• Partner with Investment Counselors and Relationship Managers to offer support in providing clients with appropriate investment solutions and attracting/enhancing client relationships and profitability

• Be responsible for assessing client needs, supporting development of comprehensive investment strategies, coordinating sales and execution against that strategy, and monitoring performance and appropriateness of the client's overall investment portfolio

• Build trust with clients and your team in these interactions by learning new concepts and researching information in real-time to provide creative solutions

You'll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:

• Experience in investment advisory; portfolio management, brokerage, or institutional sales

• Knowledge of private banking business (onshore and offshore), and competitive and regulatory environment

• BS/BA degree in Business, Finance or related field, or equivalent experience

• Series 7 and 66 Licenses, may allow for contingency to obtain Series 7 and/or 66 within 60 days of acquiring job

• Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish

Your final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and several variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
