At Circle Creek Therapy, we're a close-knit, family-centered clinic dedicated to helping children and families thrive. Now settled into our newly remodeled, expanded clinic space, we're excited to invite a Licensed Social Worker (MSW) to join our growing Behavioral Health Program.

What You'll Do

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children, adults, and families.
• Provide mental health counseling, case management, and therapeutic interventions for children, adolescents, and families.
• Offer parent and family education on behavioral strategies, stress management, sibling support, and navigating new diagnoses.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated, patient-centered care.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
• Assist families in accessing community resources and school-based supports.

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Current Washington State licensure (or eligibility) as an LICSW, LASW, or LSWAA.
• Experience providing counseling services to children, adolescents, and families.
• Compassionate, resourceful approach to care and excellent communication skills.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-based environment.
• Prior experience in a pediatric, medical, or therapeutic setting preferred.
