Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Required)
• California Professional Engineer (PE) License (Required)
• 15-25 years in private civil land development
• Proven expertise in site grading and roadway design
• Strong utility layout and subdivision planning experience
• Excellent project management and leadership skills
• Outstanding client relationship management
• Mentoring and team leadership capabilities
