Job Description

Paralegal

Established law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant for their firm Ideal candidate will have at least 5 years as a Paralegal and be able to work in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Paralegal Requiremens:
  • 5+ Years experience preferred
  • Prepare and draft legal documents such as briefs, pleadings discovery, record summaries and sobpoenas
  • Prepare summaries and organize files for discoery and trial
  • Provide case management and organization from inception
  • Experience with Relativity eDiscovery software preferred but not required
  • Work well under pressure, keep a calm and professional demeanor at all times
  • State and Federal filing preferred
  • Record billable time
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Interact with clients, visitors and attorneys/staff via phone, email and in-person
