Burnes International Group is actively searching for driven and professional Listing Agents ready to take their real estate careers to the next level.
Ideal candidates will have a strong background in seller representation, outstanding client relationship skills, and a commitment to achieving exceptional results. We provide extensive training, effective listing strategies, and ongoing support to accelerate your growth, plus access to valuable leads and opportunities to build and expand your personal client base.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation - Dedicate 4 hours a day to finding clients in ways that work for you (cold calling, open houses, social media, sphere, etc.). Team leads are also provided to help fill your pipeline.
- Training - Join regular team trainings and continue learning through top industry resources.
- Meet With Clients - Conduct buyer consults, show homes, attend inspections, and guide clients through every step.
- Handle Contracts - Write and negotiate offers, manage transactions, and represent your buyers from start to close.
- Stay Accountable - Bi-weekly 1-on-1 meetings with leadership to track progress and stay on target.
- We teach you how to generate your own leads through proven strategies-so you're never stuck waiting
- Get support and coaching on lead conversion, client communication, and time management

- Weekly trainings, systems, and checklists to keep you on track

- Active Texas Real Estate License with TREC
