At Nira, we are passionate about delivering exceptional infusion care, and we're searching for a Clinical Services Manager who shares our commitment to education, quality, and team development. In this pivotal role, you will partner with our Director of Nursing Services to create outstanding clinical training programs, expertly onboard nursing staff, and ensure we remain fully prepared for accreditation at all times.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and deliver top-tier training on various disease states and new infusion therapies.
  • Travel to infusion sites, engaging in hands-on skill coaching and team-building activities.
  • Contribute to the development and management of our home infusion nursing program.
  • Assist in the creation and enhancement of clinical policies and procedures.
  • Support audits, accreditation surveys, and compliance checks to ensure excellence.
  • Train leaders and staff on accreditation and quality standards.
  • Act as an operational support and trusted clinical resource for home infusion services.
  • Uphold Nira standards, INS guidelines, OSHA regulations, and state requirements.

What You Bring:

  • Active multi-state RN license (required).
  • BSN degree (preferred).
  • At least one year in a nursing leadership or supervisory role (preferred).
  • Experience in quality standards and accreditation work (bonus).
  • Infusion expertise, including a thorough understanding of processes, medications, and pacing.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • A passion for structure, compliance, and helping others succeed.

Health & Compliance:

  • TB screening.
  • Hep B vaccine or waiver.
  • State-required screenings.
  • BLS certification required (or willingness to obtain it promptly).

Ongoing Growth:

  • Maintain and obtain licenses across states.
  • Participate in competencies and ongoing clinical education.
  • Stay current with evolving standards because you enjoy being ahead of the curve.
