Crisis or Residential Recovery Unit Associate

Annual Salary - $12.50/ Hourly
Educational Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Provide support to consumers and providers in the Crisis Residential Recovery Unit (CRRU) and other Residential Recovery Centers
- Monitor consumer safety and assist with proper self-administration of medication
- Answer and document calls to the CRRU crisis line and Mobile Crisis services (Ashland Location)
- Ensure accurate completion of admission and discharge paperwork
- Monitor consumer vitals and conduct regular bed checks
- Assist in resolving immediate crises or escalated consumer needs
- Complete a minimum of 40 hours of Crisis/ASAM training
- Provide transportation for clients to and from services as needed
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of client care coordination and referrals in crisis settings
- Ability to work effectively in high-stress environments
- Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information
- Clear communication and documentation skills
