About Us
Manning Kass is a leading national civil litigation defense firm that prioritizes every case and client. Since our inception in 1994 with just sixteen attorneys, we have grown to over 160 attorneys across seven offices, including key economic centers like New York and Los Angeles.
Your Role
Manning Kass is on the lookout for a dynamic litigation associate to join our team in a hybrid remote capacity. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of Transportation, Automobile, and Trucking cases, collaborating closely with senior associates and partners. You will engage in all litigation phases—from case evaluation and discovery to trial presentation—emphasizing strategic thinking to meet client objectives. We are searching for candidates who are eager to learn, highly self-motivated, and seeking long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage cases, overseeing all litigation stages from inception to trial.
- Attend court hearings, manage discovery, and take and defend depositions.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout the litigation process.
- Provide timely and accurate reports to clients while ensuring compliance with case management protocols.
