Orangetheory Fitness Franklin is hiring a Full-Time Sales Associate to join our high-energy studio team. This role is perfect for someone who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants a reliable schedule with growth potential.
Schedule (Consistent & Predictable):
Weekdays: 12:30 PM – Close (7–8 PM)
Weekends: 6:00 AM – 1:00 PM
30–40 hours per week
Pay & Perks:
Hourly pay $12 - $16 + commission

What You’ll Do:
Greet and connect with members and guests
Introduce new clients to Orangetheory through tours and consultations
Manage leads and follow up with prospective members
Help drive membership sales and studio goals
Maintain a clean, welcoming studio environment
What We’re Looking For:
Outgoing, confident communicator
Sales experience a must
Comfortable working evenings and weekends
Goal-oriented and team-driven
Passion for fitness and helping others succeed
