One of our prestigious clients in the advanced manufacturing industry, known for large-scale system integration and rapid growth, is expanding its production operations in Texas. They support multiple high-tech build projects, including liquid cooling and data center rack integration.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain production schedules - Support daily/weekly MPS planning and evaluate impacts from scheduling changes.
  • Ensure material readiness - Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams to release components on time.
  • Manage planning data - Update ERP/MRP data, including BOM revisions, lead times, and MOQs.
  • Support inventory control - Monitor WIP and component levels; identify excess or obsolete inventory.
  • Coordinate with production lines - Communicate schedule updates, prioritize urgent jobs, and resolve material issues, including liquid cooling and rack assembly stations.

Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in planning, material control, or scheduling in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of EMS or similar high-tech assembly sectors
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, or related field
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
