Employment Status: Full Time, Salary (Exempt)

Primary Location: Grants Pass/Medford, Oregon.

Compensation: We will determine salary based on skills and experience in relation to the function of the role, as well as equity to any other employees in the same or similar role.

Job Summary:

Our operating unit provides underground utility services, and we are looking for a Construction Laborer to join our team.

This position requires organization, timeliness, accuracy and great focus to detail and safety.

Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):
  • Must be able to perform physical labor.
  • Operating hand and/or power tools.
  • Loading and Unloading materials, supplies, equipment and tools.
  • Assisting and following Project Manager's instructions.
  • Preparing and cleaning jobsite.
  • Maintaining Equipment.
  • Working as a team to complete task.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • DOT Medical card will be required before being eligible to drive a company vehicle.
  • Must have great communication skills.
  • A positive can-do attitude and openness to trying things in new ways.
  • GRIT values - Guts, Reliability, Innovation, and Teamwork.
  • Lifting up to 50lbs frequently.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
  • We are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Hardworking, honest, dependable, and some knowledge of construction would be helpful but not necessary.
