Estimator Qualifications:
5+ years of ground-up commercial construction estimating experience
Degree in Construction Management (preferred but not required)
Proven ability to manage estimates, cost negotiations, and margin projections
Strong multitasking skills-handle multiple estimates simultaneously
Excellent communication and collaboration with clients, architects, and design teams
